Dear Işık students,

It is a necessity for our society to equip our roots with the light of the culture we carry and to embark on a journey of success as individuals enriched with education. Our leader sought to integrate the history and culture of the Turkish youth with a modern perspective. As he stressed, taking steps to illuminate the future with the power we have received from the past, raising successful and good people in education, has been the core educational goal of the 139 years of the Işık Family.

Becoming a good person is to move forward by preserving our moral values and respecting differences. As Işık Family, we aim to cultivate individuals who are life long learners qualified in the academic and social fields, who best express their feelings through art, who preserve their identity, and who believe that cultural diversity makes the world more colorful and we also believe that we can build a more sustainable and unifying world this way.

We know that the families our children grow up in are the first educational hub that conveys fundamental values that shape the world's future and make life more meaningful. We are preparing our children. who have been entrusted to us, to a bright future to help them grow into individuals successful in science, sport, art and culture.

In order to build a bright future, we will continue to enlighten our children with the light which originated from Thessaloniki, not forgetting that innovation and change are the keys to progress.
