The “Necmettin Bağcı Physics Achievement Award,” established in 2019-2020 to honor Necmettin Bağcı through the generosity of Bülent Pulak and his heirs, was presented on November 21, 2024. Beren Tur from FMV Özel Ayazağa Işık Science High School won first place, followed by Bora Bekbay from FMV Özel Erenköy Işık Science High School in second, and Kuzey Demirtaş from FMV Özel Ispartakule Işık Science High School in third.

Beren Tur will receive her award during the FMV Foundation Anniversary Celebrations on December 14. The jury also recognized Rona Tümen, Derya Kumcuoğlu, Efe Kaan Malalan, and Saim Suat Gökçe, candidates from FMV schools, and expressed gratitude to their families and teachers for their contributions.
