8 MARCH INTERNATIONAL WOMEN WORKERS' DAY: 'WOMEN LEADERS IN THE ANCIENT AGE'
As part of the celebration of "8 March International Women Workers' Day," Social Sciences Department of FMV Ayazağa Işık High School and Science High School held an event . Students from class 11-G, Defne Güler, and class 11-F, Bora Umur Dilek have delivered a presentation centered around the theme of "Women Leaders in the Ancient Age."
Within the scope of the "8 March International Women Workers' Day," FMV Ayazağa Işık High School and Science High School Social Sciences Department, students Defne Güler from class 11-G and Bora Umur Dilek from class 11-F have prepared and presented a presentation on the theme of "Women Leaders in the Ancient Age."
In their presentations, our students delved into the life stories of influential women leaders spanning from ancient times to the present day, exploring the historical role and leadership abilities of women from different civilizations, ranging from the Pharaohs of Egypt to powerful figures in China; from Central Asia to Anatolia.
Our students' presentations not only reminded us of the valuable heritage of the past but also strengthened the determination to continue the fight for equality and justice by emphasizing the significant roles of women in society and leadership.
