On March 2 and 4, 2022, FMV Ayazağa Işık High School and Science High School Guidance and Counseling Department held a training session on self-control as a part of the project titled Işık Prepares For Life. In the session, 9th and 10th grade students were informed about the concept of self-control, its meaning, its necessity for success and happiness, how it can be developed, and the basic skills of impulse and emotion control during adolescence.
