On the occasion of the 98th anniversary of the Liberation of Istanbul from enemy occupation on October 6, our 11th grade student, Günsu Özer, gave a speech on the meaning and importance of the day.

We commemorate with respect and gratitude our martyrs and veterans who made these lands our homeland, especially Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of our Republic, and his comrades-in-arms.
