On March 17, 2022, FMV Ayazağa Işık Science High School students visited the Rahmi Koç Museum. Students were given the opportunity to use the Rahmi Koç Museum as a laboratory, to apply their programs in an environment outside the classroom using museum objects. At the workshop on Olive Oil Production, students were informed about the original steam-operated water heater, the working principles of press machines, and the stages of the production process of olive oil manufacturing with the techniques of the last century. Our students also visited the World Dolls exhibition featuring dolls from ancient times to the present, both handmade and industrially produced.
