"WORLD WATER DAY" POSTER EXHIBITION OF IŞIK STUDENTS
FMV Ayazağa Işık High School and Science High School proudly presents a World Water Day poster exhibition from our 9th, 10th and 11th grade students in observance of the March 22nd World Water Day. Within the scope of the geography lessons, the students prepared an exhibition of posters on the conscious, rational use of water resources and the vital importance of water.
The first proposal for World Water Day was made in 1992 at the United Nations Environment Development Conference (UNCED). The Water Day has been celebrated worldwide since the Water Day Resolution was officially signed on March 22, 1993, by the United Nations General Assembly.
We congratulate our students for their creativity and global humanitarian participation.
